职责:
(1)understand, analyze and document business strategies, goals and objectives, requirements, problems, opportunities, processes and workflows
(2)produce business requirements documents
(3)work with other business analysts and project managers to understand, document and communicate business and project objectives, scope, business requirements, deliverables, to plan business analysis work and highlight risks and issues
(4)work with other related projects to define and understand dependencies - produce detailed, complete and accurate business processes, data, workflow and organizational specifications as required
(5)provide analysis that allows business managers to make informed decisions about business requirements and system/process improvements
(6)work with business managers and users to understand and analyze current business processes, challenges and opportunities
(7)provide input to project definition documents including high-level business requirements, issues and risks
(8)assist in performing analysis of costs and benefits for proposed business solutions
(9)assist business owners to produce accurate, meaningful and measurable business cases including feasibility assessments, costs & benefits and acceptance criteria
(10)work with project and work-stream managers to identify delivery options, costs and timescales
(11)assist in the non-technical development, testing and implementation of business solutions
(12)assist with creation of user acceptance test criteria and plans
(13)work with finance/accounting department to integrate/modify/update/create department requirements with is/systems/modeling requirements
(14)assist finance/accounting department with workload/deadlines as required
要求:
(1)b.a./b.s. in business administration with finance, accounting, economics, business systems concentration: masters degree preferred
(2)minimum 3 years work experience in one or more of the following area: financial analysis, accounting, tax, customer administration/service, billing & collection, invoicing, general ledger
(3)strong experience with preparing system and process requirements documents for the introduction of new products and services or enhancements to existing ones as required
(4)able to interpret conceptual needs into defined requirements and subsequently into deliverable items
(5)naturally ‘client' facing with highly developed communications and interviewing skills
(6)production of analysis and design artifacts is desirable as is the understanding workflows and artifacts
(7)ability to converse and liaise with both technical and non-technical people within the organization
(8)use business case modeling
(9)good understanding of roi, npv, cash flow, and cost/benefit analysis
(10)team player, able to work effectively with end users, technical and business managers and colleagues
